Budge Studios seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join the team! The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing for a portfolio of mobile video games. The ideal candidate has expertise in product marketing strategies and understand the latest trends and technologies in term of digital gaming and digital marketing.

We are primarily looking for passionate marketer with the right attitude to help us bring Budge Studios to the next level! We work with the biggest brands in the Kid entertainment category and innovate everyday with partners like Google, Apple and Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Lead for all new launches;
• Responsible for go-to-market plan and marketing calendar concerning all new launches: in charge of strategy, execution, approvals and meeting deadlines related to marketing tasks from pre-production until post launch analysis (App launch cycle);
• Main Marketing contact for internal multi-functional team and for external partner relationships;
• Define and execute ASO strategy, including content/assets creation, working with graphic artists and localizing metadata;
• Recommend strategy and coordinate implementation of marketing features into Budge apps;
• Manage app submission form processes with accurate and compliant information;
• Give visibility and get approvals on key strategies from Marketing Management;
• Measure KPIs and deliver ongoing product marketing analysis to continually refine marketing strategies around the user experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in marketing or in a related field;
• A minimum of three years experience in a similar position;
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills (English and French);
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Detailed oriented with experience in following standardized processes;
• Ability to multi-tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment;
• Excellent oral presentation skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Genuine interest in Marketing and Kids Digital entertainment;

Assets

• Experience in mobile or interactive entertainment;
• Knowledge in different areas of marketing: mobile, product marketing, user acquisition, SEO/SEM, online, offline, promotions and brand;
• Experience as a Marketer working with other internal departments such as Production, Legal, Business Intelligence, Business Development and Finance;
• Experience in managing clients, partners and/or top tier brand.
