Founders

Michael Elman

Michael Co-Founded Budge Studios in 2010, where he has since had the role of Co-CEO, leading product development on over 50 chart topping kids apps. Michael also co-founded the audio production company Wave Generation in 2001.

David Lipes

Having over 15 years of business management experience in the video game industry, David has the role of Co-CEO and is actively involved in the Montreal business and gaming communities.

Noemie Dupuy

A veteran in the tech industry with more than 20 years under her belt, Noemie has played a key role in the business development and marketing strategies at Budge for 8 years. She now sits on the board of directors of Budge Studios.
